Dubai Police have won the Sustainability Middle East Government Initiative of the Year Award.

Government authorities and departments are the key drivers of sustainability. Apart from impacting a large population with their initiatives, their efforts can set examples for the private sector and general public.

This award goes to the government organizations that have done just that. Dubai Police has always sought to add the most efficient, flexible and energy-efficient models of vehicles to its fleet to deal with various situations.

In October, 2022, Dubai Police added its first electric vehicle to its fleet of luxury patrol cars, a Hongqi E-HS9. This underlines Dubai Police’ commitment to lowering fleet emissions and keeping the air quality of the Emirate on par with the best in the world.
