Sustainability Middle East (SME), the brand-new publishing arm of CBM Media, has announced that leading industry captains have confirmed to be Judges at the upcoming SME Excellence Awards, scheduled on March 9, in Dubai.
The industry leaders who have given their consent to be members of the jury panel for the Awards are:
Dr Stephen Wilkinson - Head of the Smart and Sustainable Cities Research Cluster, University of Wollongong
Majd Fayyad - DSM Strategy & Policy Lead, Supreme Council of Energy, Dubai

The SME Awards intend to highlight the very best of sustainability in the Middle East.
The awards ceremony will welcome VVIP’s, dignitaries, business leaders and leading academics to enjoy an evening of recognition for the world-changing work that’s being done in the region.
Renowned media personality, Dubai One TV Presenter Katie Jensen will be the presenter at the event alongside special guest 2x World Champion Boxer and Philanthropist Amir Khan.

The SME Awards will cap off SME’s launch into the industry, following its inaugural magazine, ‘Leaders in Sustainability’ and the Sustainability Middle East’s ‘Future of Sustainability Part 1’ Conference, which will see leaders from various sectors taking part in debates as regional and global experts.
