The Mubadala Investment Company has won the prestigious Sustainability Middle East Finance Award at the SME Excellence Award 2023, held in Dubai on Thursday.
This award is an attempt to recognise and honour organisations which have excelled in the field of sustainable finance. The award ceremony was hosted by celebrity emcee Katie Jensen while CBM Media Group Chairman Joe Beydoun presented the awards to the winners.
Mubadala has recently acquired a strategic stake in AirCarbon Exchange (ACX). The acquisition by Mubadala supports ACX’s establishment of the first fully regulated carbon trading exchange and carbon clearing house in Abu Dhabi.
