Serco has won the Game-Changer in Health, Safety & ESG Award 2024 at TLME's Game-Changers Awards 2024 held in Dubai last Thursday.
The awards presented by well-known TV personality Katie Jensen, mark pioneering figures within technology and sustainability in logistics while looking to celebrate optimal operations with an extra dimension of visionary initiatives that ‘change the game’.
Serco has undertaken several initiatives and activities in 2023 and 2024 like contractor forums to promote safety in the work place, or bringing health checkups to employees working in remote locatons.
On the sustainability front, Serco’s ongoing Hero to Net Zero programmes are ensuring that all staff members became more aware of the impact they have on the environment.
The company has also recently acquired the award-winning consultancy Climatize to further boost its sustainability efforts.
