Utilities Middle East Hosts Third Edition of Annual Water Week

Utilities Middle East, a brand of ITP Media Group, has announced that it will host the third edition of the annual Water Week event on 13th September 2022 at Taj Exotica, Palm Dubai.

The event will bring together influential water utilities executives, policymakers, government officials, scientists, academics, technologists.

The initiative aims to discuss key opportunities and challenges in the region’s water sector and the direction that the region needs to take in order to solve challenges in the water sector and develop new frontiers for innovative solutions.

The event is in line with the UAE Water Security Strategy 2036 and intends to stress on the urgency of developing more collaborations with the private sector to address water security, affordability and sustainability.

Potential increases in water demand, alongside uncertainties in water availability in the Middle East, mean that water supply systems could become increasingly stressed over the coming decades.
