Time Out Market Dubai, the food and cultural market that brings the best of the city together under one roof, continues to captivate both locals and tourists alike with its culinary and cultural offerings.

Alongside its curation of the city’s best chefs and restaurateurs, this November, the Market showcased a new art installation by renowned graffiti artist Muhriz Murad, also known as Poke Two.

This latest project along with an enhanced bar programme focused on sustainability, promises engaging experiences that connect visitors to art and the core values behind Time Out Market Dubai.

In collaboration with Poke Two, the artist celebrated for his eco-friendly approach to graffiti and use of recycled materials including road signage, Time Out Market Dubai presents a mural with a message.

Following the success of February’s '50 Years of Hip Hop' campaign at the Market, Poke Two’s return signals a new chapter in creative expression.

Set to inspire both young people and adults, this mural is a tribute to sustainability, incorporating leftover Time Out print magazines in a vibrant 3D design.

Through his unique style, Poke Two creatively showcases how art can connect people to a meaningful narrative, celebrating the Market’s commitment to reducing waste.

Complementing Poke Two’s mural, Time Out Market Dubai’s three bars, managed by Bar Manager Venkatesh Ramesh, have taken sustainable mixology to new heights.

Sourcing organic and thoughtfully-selected ingredients, the bar team at Time Out Market Dubai has developed a low-waste cycle, integrating 40% of garnishes from unused kitchen ingredients.

Signature offerings like the Time Out Market Zero Cocktail utilise repurposed bell peppers from the kitchens, while other drinks, such as the Heartbeat Cocktail and Bubble Bucket Mocktail, incorporate hibiscus flowers in syrups and garnishes.

The bar programme also collaborates with different beverage brands that foster sustainability, featuring seasonal cocktails inspired by fresh, local ingredients.

For a more health-conscious experience, cocktails now include honey or fructose as natural sweeteners, thanks to the efforts of Assistant General Manager, José Gamiz.

To top it all off, guests can enjoy customised cocktails from a dedicated gin trolley that operates daily from 7pm to midnight, delivering drinks directly to tables.

Time Out Market Dubai invites visitors to experience November’s exciting lineup, from inspiring art to inventive cocktails, in a place where community and sustainability unite.
