Saudi Ministry of Investment Signs MoU With Alstom

Saudi Ministry of Investment has signed a memorandum of understanding with Alstom Company, which specializes in sustainable and smart transportation.

The agreement is signed in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Fahad Al-Naeem and aims to discuss investment opportunities in the transport sector, localization of industries, and the establishment of Alstom's regional headquarters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Moreover, the MoU intends to explore the future of sustainable transport and the development of railway infrastructure in the Kingdom.

The investment opportunities discussed aim to reduce carbon emissions, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
