+impact, Serco’s advisory business, has appointed Norman McComb as its new Sustainability Advisory Director, reinforcing its commitment to advancing Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 transformation.

With over two decades of global experience in capital project delivery, climate adaptation, and large-scale transformation programmes, McComb has contributed to national development, climate, energy, and infrastructure initiatives across multiple regions.

Before joining +impact, he served as Sustainability Director at EY Consulting in Saudi Arabia, advising government bodies and major organisations on converting sustainability strategies into tangible outcomes across national programmes and major infrastructure projects.

In his new role, McComb will collaborate with clients across future cities, transitioning industries, and national infrastructure, translating Vision 2030’s sustainability ambitions into real-world delivery.

His expertise will also support +impact in embedding sustainability across all services, strengthening Serco’s operational contracts and ensuring full accountability toward ESG commitments.
