During the conference, regional and international experts will express their opinions and stances and draft recommendations for policy-makers.
The conference will start with an opening speech by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, while the main speech will be delivered by David Livingstone, Senior Advisor to the US Special Envoy for Climate.
The conference, among other themes, will also discuss the diplomatic efforts of Middle Eastern countries to address climate change, multilateral green security initiatives, and other topics of concern related to international efforts to counter climate change.
