JCDC, Waterise and Ajlan & Bros Implement New Desalination System

The project is part of the kingdom's development strategy of the renewable energy sector while reducing its carbon footprint

Jeddah Central Development Company (JCDC) signs a Memorandum of Understanding with Waterise, a global leader in sustainable water infrastructure development, and Ajlan & Bros Holding Group, one of the leading holding company in the Middle East.

The three parties will develop and implement new desalination technology.

The new technology development is part of JCDC's efforts in achieving its sustainable objectives, which are in line with the kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The project is also part of the kingdom's development strategy of the renewable energy sector while reducing its carbon footprint.

Furthermore, it will contribute to the success of the National Water Strategy, which aims to create a more sustainable water sector, and safeguard the kingdom’s environment and natural resources.

CEO of Jeddah Central Development Company, Eng Ahmed Al-Sulaim, said:
